Vala is made by Olorin Technologies LLC. Questions, problems and requests all go to the same place, and a person reads every one.
Getting in touch
Email support@olorin.store with your question. If it concerns your account, write from the address you signed up with so we can find it. We aim to answer within a few working days.
Deleting your account
Inside the app, open your profile, go to Privacy, and use the delete option at the bottom. It erases your account together with your journal, dreams, images, videos and messages. If you can no longer sign in, email support@olorin.store from your account address and we will do it for you.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement show Paddle. You can cancel at any time on the Membership screen, on the web or in the app, in two taps, and keep what you paid for until the end of the period. The refunds page has the details.
Something is not working
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and your device (iPhone model, or the browser you use) help us find it quickly.
