Takedown requests

Last updated: 23 October 2026 You do not need a Vala account to ask us to remove something. Members can also use Report on any post, comment, profile, message or AI result inside the app.

If an intimate image of you is on Vala without your consent, including one made or altered with AI, we will remove it, with any copies we know of, within 48 hours of a valid request. Email support@olorin.store with “Intimate image removal” in the subject, and include: • your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts); • where the image is on Vala: a link, the handle of the account that posted it, or a description that lets us find it; • a short statement that you believe in good faith the image is of you, or of someone you are authorized to act for, and was shared without consent; • how we can contact you.

Our designated agent for copyright notices is Olorin Technologies LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, support@olorin.store, with “Copyright notice” in the subject. A notice must include: • the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them; • the copyrighted work you say is infringed; • the material you say infringes it, and where it is on Vala; • your name, address, telephone number and email address; • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; • a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for them. We remove material that a valid notice identifies, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Send a counter-notice to the same address with “Counter-notice” in the subject, including your signature; what was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or of New York, if you live outside the United States) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person tells us they have gone to court.
